Cat Hynes, a third-generation equestrian, is a wife and mother of two. Leveraging her background in Equine Science, Agriculture Business Management, Dance, and Athletics, she is using her knowledge and energy to help equestrians from all walks of life achieve a sense of belonging and success in their equestrian and athletic pursuits.
After running a riding school, she realized that she wasn’t reaching the community the way she wanted. Growing up, she had to work off lessons and ride horses that weren’t hers because of the high expense of the sport, which is challenging to offer in today’s world.
Cat found it difficult to cater to the masses while believing in quality over quantity. She wanted to inspire every equestrian, whether they kept their horse in their backyard or at a prestigious farm.
She founded her home farm with her husband, Sean on the Irish motto “Ni Nart Gan Stro” or “Success Through Effort” and created “Ride for Success,” a challenge-based program designed to reward success through effort in both riding and healthy active living.
Cat is dedicated to expanding “Ride for Success” as a global program and support system for equestrians of all abilities.
Horses have the incredible ability to make life better by providing companionship, promoting physical activity, reducing stress, and teaching important life skills.
Staying active is crucial for maintaining a healthy body and mind.
Engaging in physical activity on a regular basis can help improve cardiovascular health, build and maintain muscle mass, increase flexibility and range of motion, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
Combining horses and activity in a fun and engaging way at your own pace is what we promote here at Ride For Success.
Empowering equestrians of all levels to believe in their abilities through equestrian goal setting.
